Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Piaro (the "App"), provided by Honeydew Design ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to explore chords, inversions, and related musical content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, reverse engineer it, or attempt to extract its source code, except as permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software (excluding third-party content described below), is owned by Honeydew Design and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Third-Party Content
The App includes piano audio samples from the Salamander Grand Piano project by Alexander Holm, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported (CC BY 3.0). Attribution is provided within the App under Settings. You can view the full license at: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
Any use of these audio samples outside of your use of the App must comply with the terms of the CC BY 3.0 license, including proper attribution to the original author.
No Account Required; Local Data
The App does not require account registration. Certain preferences (such as theme and language settings) are stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Future Paid Features
The App is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future. If we do so, we will provide clear notice of any pricing and payment terms before you are charged, and these Terms may be updated accordingly.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any musical or chord-related content will be entirely accurate or complete. Musical notation, chord voicings, and related content are provided for educational and reference purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeydew Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Changes to the App and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will indicate this by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Honeydew Design が提供する Piaro（以下「本アプリ」といいます）をご利用いただく前に、本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）を必ずお読みください。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリをご利用いただくことはできません。
本アプリの利用について
本アプリは、コード、転回形およびその関連情報を学習・確認するための、個人的かつ非商業的な利用を目的として提供されます。利用者は、法令により認められる場合を除き、本アプリの一部または全部を複製、改変、頒布、販売、貸与すること、リバースエンジニアリングを行うこと、またはソースコードを抽出しようと試みることはできません。
知的財産権について
本アプリ（後述の第三者コンテンツを除く、デザイン、テキスト、グラフィック、ソフトウェアを含む）は Honeydew Design が権利を有し、著作権その他の知的財産権に関する法令により保護されています。本規約により明示的に許諾されていない権利は、すべて留保されます。
第三者コンテンツについて
本アプリには、Alexander Holm 氏による Salamander Grand Piano プロジェクトのピアノ音源サンプルが含まれており、これらは Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported（CC BY 3.0）ライセンスの下で提供されています。当該音源の著作者表示は、アプリ内の設定（Settings）画面に記載しています。ライセンスの全文は以下でご確認いただけます：https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
本アプリの利用範囲を超えてこれらの音源を使用される場合は、原著作者への適切なクレジット表記を含め、CC BY 3.0 ライセンスの条件を遵守してください。
アカウント登録不要／端末内データについて
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。テーマや言語設定などの一部の設定情報は、プライバシーポリシーに記載のとおり、利用者の端末内に保存されます。
将来の有料機能について
本アプリは現在無料でご利用いただけます。将来的に、有料機能、サブスクリプション、またはアプリ内課金を導入する可能性があります。その場合、課金前に価格および支払い条件について明確にお知らせするとともに、本規約を必要に応じて更新します。
保証の否認について
本アプリは「現状有姿（as is）」および「提供可能な状態（as available）」で提供されるものであり、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。当社は、本アプリが中断なく、またはエラーなく動作すること、あるいは音楽・コードに関するコンテンツが完全に正確または網羅的であることを保証しません。本アプリの音楽表記、コードの構成音等に関する情報は、教育・参考目的でのみ提供されます。
責任の制限について
法令上認められる最大限の範囲において、Honeydew Design は、本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因または関連して生じる、間接的、付随的、特別、結果的または懲罰的損害、あるいはデータの損失について、一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリおよび本規約の変更について
当社は、本アプリの全部または一部を、いつでも変更、停止、または終了することができます。また、本規約を随時更新する場合があります。重要な変更を行った場合は、本ページ冒頭に記載の「制定日」を更新することでお知らせします。変更の効力発生後も本アプリの利用を継続された場合、当該変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
準拠法について
本規約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、アメリカ合衆国テキサス州法に準拠するものとします。
